**Practice time change**
Hi CROCS!
We had an amazing first day of practice- what a great turn out! It looked like the kids were excited to get in the water!
One thing we noticed today was the 9 & Up practice that goes from 5-6 has close to 40 swimmers, and in years past this hasn't been the case. For the safety of the swimmers and to give them more room, we are going to split that group into two 45 minute practices like we do when morning practice starts. So beginning TOMORROW, the times are as follows:
5 & 6 4-4:30
7 & 8 4:30-5
9 & 10 5-5:45
11 & Up 5:45-6:30
There is no change for the younger groups, but the coaches and I think that this will be better for the older swimmers.
Also, Coach Maggie asks that all swimmers bring socks and tennis shoes to practice tomorrow for dry land.
The forecast for the rest of the week is looking like rain, so please remember that practice is always ON, even in the rain. As long as it's not thundering, we will swim. And if it is thundering, we go under the pavilion for dry land practice.
We are so excited that the season is finally here! GO CROCS!!
Thanks,
Leah
