CROCS,

Our 3rd meet is tomorrow, June 10 at Mountain Creek. Warm ups will begin at 5:30, and the meet will start promptly at 6pm. Please see the information below from Mountain Creek:

Please excuse our mess, as our pavilion is currently under construction. We have enough room for the meet, we just don’t have much covered area. Part of our parking lot has been dug up because of the construction.

Our pool address is 3075 Mountain Trace, Roswell, GA 30075.

Please let your team know that they can park on the pool side of Mountain Trace and the left side of Laurel Springs Drive only. Additional parking is available in the gravel lot behind the tennis courts or the parking lots. Please be mindful of others needing to travel these roads and only park on one side.

Concessions will consist of pizza, Chick-fil-A, candy, drinks, and baked goods. Please bring cash as we don't have a credit card option.

The baby pool is off limits due to insurance reasons.

Your bullpen will be on the fence, near the tennis courts, to the left of the concessions. Our bullpen is in the corner, by the deep end.

Please have your families bring their own chairs. Our association does not allow chairs to be used for swim team.

The coordinator for Mountain Creek and I have already been discussing what to do in a case of storms tomorrow evening. Our goal is to get the meet in, and that may mean waiting out the weather. Assume the meet is on, even if it is thundering. We typically wait for the weather to pass and start the meet late. The decision to cancel/reschedule will be made at the pool. Please do not leave until you hear directly from me. If we do end up having to reschedule, it would be for this Thursday. We are hoping that it doesn't come to that.
