Hello Croc Families!

We are so excited for our first meet (and it happens to be at HOME) of the 2026 summer swim season on Tuesday, May 26th! Our theme this week is GREEN! So be sure to wear as much GREEN Croc gear as possible! We haven’t received our t-shirts yet, but we’ll distribute ASAP once we get them (likely after our first meet)!

Our team's warm-up time is 5:00-5:30 please be sure to arrive by 4:45 to be ready to warm-up on time. Please see the attachment for how to list/label your child's events so coaches and heat stagers can find all the swimmers. Please, also write their name and age on their upper back/shoulder somewhere. Help your child start lining up in the Croc staging area (on the raised pool deck) approximately five events prior to their event if possible.

Thank you to all who signed up for volunteer positions this week! This is the best turnout for volunteers we've ever had, and it's coming off a holiday weekend! So, WOW! Thank you so much for helping to make our job and our volunteer coordinator's job just a little bit easier!

Parking: The pool parking lot will have mostly reserved spots for visiting coordinators, coaches, a referee, and a lifeguard and will have VERY limited space for families to park. Please park along only one side of the roads throughout the neighborhood (north and south sides) and along Davis Rd. We will have signs to explain which sides are appropriate to park along on the streets closest to the pool.

Concessions: THANK YOU for all the donations! We are ready for Tuesday! We will have pizza, homemade Chick-fil-A sliders, walking tacos, Uncrustable sandwiches, fruit, chips, a variety of candy and baked goods, and drinks. Cash or Venmo will be accepted. Come hungry (but hydrate your swimmers)!

Spectating: Home team families are asked to set up personal chairs in the playground area outside the pool fence. All children are asked to stay off the playground equipment during swim meets to allow for a safe place for our families to sit. We do invite families to come inside the fenced area to cheer on your swimmers and their friends!
