    First Meet Recap

    May 31st

    Hello Parents!

         Thank y'all so much for volunteering at the meet last night and making it a huge success! Congratulations to our amazing swimmers as well on a hard earned win! We are undefeated!!! The junior coaches and I decided on our weekly group leaders. These swimmers exemplify bravery, good sportsmanship, hard work, and enthusiasm at the meet and during practice. This weeks winners are: Lykke Holm, Libby Gordon, Sam Wilhelm, and Daniel Crowder. Please see me at practice so I can get your favorite candy/treat for you!

         We had minimal DQ's at the meet, mostly relating to incorrect kicks and walking on the bottom. Coach Matthew and I will address these issues at practice this next week so that they will not happen at the next meet. Again, I am extremely proud of the crocs and all their hard work. Reminder: 9 & ups need to have their tennis shoes for dryland EVERYDAY starting tomorrow.

    Julia Hodgson Assistant Head Coach
