Registration is Tomorrow!!!
Swim Team Registration Tomorrow!
Please join us at the Pool Pavilion from 4pm-6pm for Swim Team Registration!! The Registration Form and the Concussion Acknowledgement Form are available for download in the links section. We will also have forms available at the pavilion.
If you cannot make it to registration but would like to join, you can put the completed documents with your payment in Leah's mailbox (3233 Birdnest Ct) or Shannon's mailbox (3355 Chestnut Creek Dr.). Please be sure to write separate checks for fees and for your volunteer deposit. Also, you will need to contact Jeannine Brock ([email protected]) to sign up for your two volunteer shifts.
Jill Brinkman will be handling the orders for new swim suits. She will have a fit kit available tomorrow for sizing. If you cannot make it to the registration and need to order a suit, please contact her at [email protected].
