Welcome to the 2026 Swim Team Season! This is the Registration Form for Non-HOA Members.
Families are eligible for HOA Member fees if they are Chestnut Creek HOA Members in good standing.
Cost of swim team membership does not include swimming privileges outside of practice and home meets.
All registration fees are non-refundable and include a t-shirt. Fees do not include swimsuits/equipment.
EVERY FAMILY WILL BE REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER AT 4 MEETS . There will be no exceptions. Please keep in mind that this is a volunteer driven effort.
